To All Participants and Officials

I know a lot of you have been watching the weather reports and are aware of just how much rain we have received in the last 48 hours.

On advice from the HQP Forestry office, we must unfortunately advise you all the event must be cancelled.  Not only due to the large amount of rain in the Jimna area, but also some trees are down on the stages from a storm that went through the area last weekend which will not be able to be cleared in time.
We also do not want to do any damage to the oval at Jimna Base Camp.

With the entry fee you have paid you have two options:

1.  Have the entry fee fully refunded.  To do this please email Margaret at info@bscc.asn.au
2. The monies may be credited towards future events. To exercise this option please email Margaret at info@bscc.asn.au
